Munchkin Recreational Classes (2-6 years)
Perfect for our youngest gymnasts, Munchkin Classes introduce children ages 2 to 6 years to the fundamentals of movement through fun, play-based activities. With guidance from our caring instructors and parent participation, kids develop balance, coordination, and confidence while learning to follow directions and interact in a group setting. It’s the perfect start to a lifetime love of movement!
Munchkin & Me
A fun parent and child class for children 2 - 4 years old that helps children get acquainted with the gym and their bodies!

Example of the skills learned:
Handstand against the wall
Beginner cartwheel
Forward roll
Trampoline for body awareness
Introduction to walking and standing skills on the balance beam
Teaches them how to follow multi-step directions, take turns and independence
Munchkin One
A program for preschool age students 3.75 to 5 years old or those who have minimal gymnastics experience and must be able to separate from their parents.

Pullover
Handstand against the wall
Beginner cartwheel
Basic skills on the bars such as front support, cast, and forward dismount
Introduction to walking and standing skills on the balance beam
Munchkin Two
A program for children who are 5yo+ or have passed the necessary skills from our Munchkin One program.
