About Munchkin & Me Classes
Our Munchkin & Me classes are a fun and engaging parent–child experience designed for children ages 2 to 4 years old. With a 1-to-1 adult-to-child ratio, each gymnast receives personal attention in a safe and supportive setting. Together, parents and little ones explore movement, balance, and coordination while becoming familiar with the gym environment and equipment. These playful sessions help children gain confidence, build trust, and strengthen the bond between parent and child through the joy of gymnastics.
Monthly tuition: $135
Annual Registration fee: $55 (per student)
Class duration: 50 minutes
Skills learned: through guided instruction and age-appropriate activities, children begin to develop essential social, cognitive, and physical abilities. They learn to follow multi-step directions, take turns, and interact positively with peers while exploring the fundamentals of gymnastics on real equipment, including:
Handstand against the wall
Beginner cartwheel
Forward roll
Trampoline exercises for body awareness
Introduction to walking and standing on the balance beam
Practicing independence, turn-taking, and listening skills
Pre-requisites: none
Check in process: arrive 15 minutes before the class starts and check in with their assigned instructor
Late policy: students that are more than 5 minutes late will not be permitted to the ongoing class.
Make-ups: we do not offer make-ups for missed classes or gym closures.
