60 Minutes

Obstacle courses, games, trampoline, and trapeze. High-energy fun led by our professional coach(es).

Party Room Celebration

30 Minutes

Time for food, cake, and presents! Our staff assists with cleanup during the last 10 minutes.

What We Provide

  • Professional Coach(es) to run the activities
  • Tables and Chairs for the party room
  • Assistance with clean-up and breakdown
  • A special Birthday Shirt for the birthday child
  • TONS of gymnastics fun!

What You Bring

  • All your wonderful guests!
  • Decorations, plates, cups, tablecloths, and utensils
  • Your food, cake, and drinks
  • Ice/Coolers (if needed to keep drinks chilled)
SAFETY NOTE: For the well-being of all guests, **NO alcohol** is permitted on San Mateo Gymnastics property.

Pricing Packages

The total amount due on the day of the party is based on the RSVP count (due Friday before) or the number of children participating, whichever is greater.

31+ 2 $350 + $15 for each additional child over 30
Payment Reminder: The day-of balance must be paid directly to the coach(es) by **Cash or Check only**.

Reservation & Safety Policies

$100.00 Reservation Fee
This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. It is separate from the party cost and does not deduct from your final balance. A new fee is required for any date/time change.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to decorate.
  • One parent is allowed on the floor for children under age 3.
  • For liability reasons, adults (18+) are NOT allowed to use the equipment under any circumstances.
